Refund policy
It’s a Moment, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund policy. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
To initiate a return, please contact us at dyannah@itsamoment.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that customized kits, personalized products, and final sale items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions before purchasing.
